Kayronna ("Kay") Arroufi is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Kayronna Arroufi Consulting (KAC), a boutique consulting firm specializing in luxury spa, beauty and wellness services. With over two decades of experience in the spa and hospitality industries, Kay has cultivated a reputation for excellence, innovation, and unparalleled client satisfaction.

Kay's journey into the world of wellness began with a personal passion for holistic health and a desire to create transformative experiences. She is a Master Esthetician with certifications in Spa therapies from the prestigious Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics, licensed by the Georgia and California Boards of Cosmetology and was deeply inspired by the intersection of luxury services and wellness. Kay furthered her expertise with a degree in Hospitality Management, equipping her with a robust foundation in strategic business management and entrepreneurship.

Early in her career, Kay held Director of Spa roles at renowned luxury resorts and spas around the globe. These positions allowed her to hone her skills in spa operations management, and customer experience. Her time in these roles not only solidified her industry knowledge but also sparked her entrepreneurial spirit. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-end, curated spa consulting services, Kay founded Kayronna Arroufi Consulting in 2014.
